Summary

The Operations Lead will own BJAK's UK operational backbone across customer service, administration, internal workflows, and office operations. This hybrid lead role involves working from the UK office at least three days per week, partnering closely with the CEO, and hiring and leading an operations and admin team.

• Define operational strategies for UK growth
• Run daily customer and administrative operations
