Provide first- and second-line deskside IT support to colleagues at Aviva's Bristol office. The full-time role is onsite Monday to Friday, with occasional travel to other offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line deskside support
• Troubleshoot colleagues' hardware and software issues
• Help colleagues restore access and productivity
• Support windows and microsoft 365 environments
• Assist with laptops, phones, tablets, and macbooks
• Provide occasional support at other offices
