Summary

This role provides technical oversight for onboarding calculations within Legal & General's Pension Risk Transfer Client Services function. The hybrid position is based between home and the Hove offices and focuses on defined benefit quotations, complex pension structures, process improvement, and coaching colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for onboarding calculations
• Produce and check individual defined benefit quotations
• Lead projects improving calculation processes
• Support complex benefit structure queries
• Analyse regular management information for quality
• Coach junior colleagues and wider team
• Coordinate operational delivery with internal teams
