Summary

This mid-level national retail account manager will build and grow ZOE's physical retail presence across UK grocery, pharmacy, high street, and health and wellness channels. The role is fully remote within a distributed team and covers retailer relationships, launches, trading performance, supply coordination, and future commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard retailers and manage launch critical paths
• Administer vendor portals and product information
• Manage daily retail account relationships and queries
• Track sales, availability, stock cover, and promotions
• Prepare joint business planning and trading negotiations
• Coordinate forecasting, purchase orders, and stock visibility
• Create scalable retail account management playbooks
