Own computational analysis of functional genomics screens, from experimental design and quality control through hit selection and integration of sequencing, imaging, and proteomics data. The role is hybrid in London, with regular time in the lab alongside scientists.

Responsibilities

• Analyse single-cell and pooled CRISPR screens
• Perform screen quality control and guide assignment
• Model perturbation effects and differential expression
• Build image-based profiling pipelines for Cell Painting
• Advise scientists on experimental screen design
• Integrate proteomic, transcriptomic, and imaging readouts
• Make analysis pipelines reproducible and versioned
