Own assay data analysis and the data and ML pipelines that deliver reliable, traceable results, using Python, scientific libraries, SQL, and biostatistics. The role is based in a King’s Cross, London lab and office, with a hybrid arrangement and regular in-person time with scientists.

Responsibilities

• Build reproducible assay analysis and ml pipelines
• Validate plate, sample, and sequence data
• Fit dose-response and instrument-trace curves
• Design statistical controls and assay acceptance criteria
• Detect batch effects, drift, and anomalies
• Visualise results with uncertainty and quality checks
