Summary

Cohere is seeking a senior member of technical staff for the agent code team to build code-generating llms and autonomous agent systems. You will research and implement novel ideas, train code models, create sft trajectories, and work on rl algorithms, while also running experiments on frontier compute infrastructure. The role is hands-on and research-driven, with a remote-friendly setup aligned to et to cet collaboration hours.
