Summary

The member experience associate will operate the front-of-house experience at an Industrious workplace in London, supporting members, office readiness, supplies, events, tours, and basic technology issues. This is a junior, onsite role focused on day-to-day member and workplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare offices with coffee, breakfast, and amenities
• Manage inventory and order location supplies
• Organise events and create venue signage
• Add new members to multiple systems
• Assist members with IT and wifi issues
• Support local marketing events for prospects
• Conduct office tours for prospective members
