Summary

This senior customer supply chain manager will oversee order management, inventory flow, forecasting, launches, and service performance for rhode's international distributors and retail partners. The role supports the United Kingdom and European Union, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days at home, plus international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage international distributor order processing
• Monitor inventory flow and customer fulfilment
• Track sell-in, sell-out, and in-stock data
• Report supply chain kpis and customer risks
• Support launches and regional assortment expansion
• Improve forecasts, service levels, and fill rates
• Align retailers on regional execution requirements
