• Analyse target business drivers and deal information
• Review historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets
• Assess business projections and underlying assumptions
• Identify earnings, debt and working capital adjustments
• Report transaction risks and price-affecting issues
• Review financial structures and related credit agreements
• Support acquisition, vendor and refinancing due diligence
