Summary

This senior contributor role plans and manages food and beverage for Veeva’s large U.S. Customer summits and internal field kickoff events. It also supports other event workstreams, with a focus on venue coordination, budgets, and execution; Veeva supports working from home or in the office.

Responsibilities

• Plan food and beverage for major events
• Develop menus and finalize attendee headcounts
• Coordinate venue service levels and special requests
• Maintain event planning spreadsheets and documentation
• Execute food and beverage logistics onsite
• Reconcile venue bills and analyze cost per head
• Support additional event planning workstreams
