Summary

This management accountant role supports financial accounting and reporting across octopus energy generation’s international renewable energy entities. The 14-month fixed-term position covers cash flow forecasting, management accounts, audit support, technical accounting, regulatory reporting, tax, and finance transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow actuals and forecasts
• Prepare management accounts and financial reports
• Assist external auditors with year-end queries
• Draft technical accounting papers for complex transactions
• Apply accounting policies across international subsidiaries
• Prepare monthly VAT returns with the tax team
• Support finance transformation and system implementation projects
