This mid-level managed services consultant will provide remote post-implementation administration and consulting support for multiple life sciences clients using Veeva Align. The role focuses on territory alignment, data management, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer-facing delivery in a full-time permanent arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple clients after go-live
• Lead quarterly territory alignment execution
• Maintain roster and assignment data
• Manage upstream and downstream integrations
• Configure new Veeva Align functionality
• Create reports and dashboards
• Triage and resolve client issues
