Responsibilities

• Manage high-value domestic claims from instruction to completion
• Meet customers face-to-face and guide them through claims
• Deliver cost-effective resolutions for complex property losses
• Apply subrogation knowledge when handling domestic claims
• Write ABI reports for property claim matters
• Support property reinstatements and tendering processes
