Summary

This is a senior technical deployment management role leading a team of Technical Deployment Leads and overseeing customer engagement delivery across financial services. The role is hybrid, based in London, with at least 25% office attendance and 25–50% customer-site travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop TDLs for financial services engagements
• Manage TDL performance, feedback, and growth plans
• Track portfolio health and intervene on delivery risks
• Lead executive relationships and customer steering committees
• Staff engagements with TDLs and FDEs
• Lead complex customer deployments through production
• Set delivery standards and reusable technical playbooks
