Responsibilities

• Draft pre-action protocol correspondence
• Prepare documents for formal recovery proceedings
• Draft and negotiate security documents and settlements
• Negotiate insolvency and litigation matters
• Manage a large caseload and recover costs
• Support case administration and liaise with panel firms
