Omnea is hiring a mid-level Legal Operations Manager on a 3–6 month contract to build scalable legal systems, workflows, tooling, and reporting. The hybrid role supports legal operations across contracting, external counsel, legal technology, and cross-functional approval processes, with in-person work on Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Responsibilities

• Improve contracting workflows from intake to storage
• Build legal templates, playbooks, and self-service resources
• Manage the legal technology stack
• Track legal kpis, volumes, cycle times, and spend
• Manage external counsel and vendor relationships
• Support knowledge management and policy administration
• Streamline deal desk and approval processes
