Responsibilities

• Advise UK and EU teams on commercial matters
• Draft and negotiate supplier, logistics, and SaaS contracts
• Guide employment processes across multiple jurisdictions
• Advise on privacy, consumer protection, and AI governance
• Oversee product compliance, labeling, and environmental claims
• Maintain the UK/EU legal risk register and manage disputes
