Summary

Legal Counsel will be Ravio's first dedicated in-house legal hire, covering commercial contracts, privacy, corporate governance, employment matters and compliance operations. This mid-level role offers substantial autonomy in a hybrid working environment and includes responsibility for external counsel, SOC 2 support and building the legal function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate actions and board documentation
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and dpas
• Maintain privacy notices, dpias, and ropa
• Coordinate soc 2 and iso certification cycles
• Administer vanta policies and risk reviews
• Manage external legal counsel relationships
• Support whistleblowing and compliance governance
