Summary

Lead hands-on security across Encord’s people, devices, identities, SaaS tools, and cloud environment, while owning the company’s security programme and audit controls. The role is based around Encord’s London office, where most of the team works four or more days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own identity access controls and automated user lifecycle workflows
• Protect macOS devices with MDM and EDR controls
• Assess SaaS and AI tools and manage usage guardrails
• Defend executives against phishing and impersonation attacks
• Maintain ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audit evidence
• Lead vendor risk reviews and security incident response
• Partner with platform teams to strengthen cloud security
