Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of industrial disease claims
• Review evidence, handle disclosure, and progress claims
• Investigate claims with insurers and insureds
• Gather witness statements and instruct expert witnesses
• Attend court appointments, conferences, and trials
• Mentor assistant file handlers and support their development
