BJAK is hiring a lead engineer to take hands-on technical ownership of wealth management and financial application products. The hybrid role combines architecture, coding, production operations, and technical leadership, with at least three office days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for major products and initiatives
• Design scalable systems across applications and infrastructure
• Write, review, and debug production code
• Make architecture decisions and technical trade-offs
• Monitor systems and resolve production incidents
