• Resolve network incidents across lan, wan, vpn and firewalls
• Coordinate av testing and room handovers for clinic openings
• Manage network partner incidents, changes and isp issues
• Administer microsoft 365, entra id and intune services
• Build powershell or graph automations for recurring processes
• Document network architecture and troubleshooting procedures
