Summary

This is a senior individual-contributor role supporting NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure across production environments. The work spans cloud operations, systems administration, incident response, and physical datacenter support. The role follows a hybrid schedule of two office days and three remote days each week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production cloud and datacenter infrastructure
• Administer aws resources and enterprise services
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and operating system issues
• Provision, patch, upgrade, and size server resources
• Manage user access and identity services
• Participate in on-call rotations and resolve incidents
• Perform datacenter cabling, racking, and hardware maintenance
