Summary

The junior project manager will support Kord’s product and technology team, working closely with the Head of Product. The role focuses on Jira and Confluence administration, sprint coordination, delivery tracking, reporting, and audit-ready documentation in an FCA-regulated fintech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Jira boards, tickets, and backlogs
• Support sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Track delivery progress and flag blockers
• Keep the product roadmap current and visible
• Document processes and maintain Confluence content
• Log client feedback and prepare sprint reports
