Summary

The IT Support Manager will lead L1, L2, infrastructure, and field network support for data center IT infrastructure, GPU clusters, and regional colocations. This senior people-management role owns incident escalation, maintenance, service performance, and support process improvements in a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead support engineers across data center infrastructure
• Ensure GPU cluster availability and reliability
• Resolve complex hardware and network incidents
• Monitor SLA, KPI, and incident performance
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting activities
• Improve support processes and training materials
• Manage IT asset lifecycle and RMAs
