Summary

This remote lead role owns corporate IT systems and security for Zen Educate, supporting around 600 people across the UK and US. As the first dedicated hire in this function, you will build scalable identity, SaaS, security and device processes and report to the chief technology officer.

Responsibilities

• Automate access workflows for joiners, movers and leavers
• Manage identity, permissions and least-privilege controls
• Catalogue software, owners, access, costs and renewals
• Define security policies, controls and employee training
• Coordinate vulnerability management, external testing and incident response
• Prepare audit evidence and reusable security questionnaires
• Secure, patch, encrypt and retire employee devices
