Responsibilities

• Manage identity and access management systems
• Provide end-user support and device troubleshooting
• Develop automated workflows to reduce manual tasks
• Administer okta instances and okta workflows
• Manage mdm and saas platforms for users
• Order, configure, deploy, and maintain employee devices
• Implement end-user security and compliance practices
