Responsibilities

• Shape forward-looking banking product propositions
• Design end-to-end customer journeys and experiences
• Translate research and strategy into testable concepts
• Develop innovation frameworks, training, and tools
• Coordinate joint projects with external partners
• Assess innovation metrics, impact, and investment risks
