Summary

This infrastructure engineer will operate Griffin’s cloud and self-hosted banking infrastructure across a small three-person team. The fully remote role covers production reliability, Kubernetes, databases, deployment tooling, security, resilience, and infrastructure costs for a UK-based regulated bank.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud and data centre infrastructure
• Run FoundationDB clusters and upgrade tooling
• Administer Kubernetes and improve platform scaling
• Maintain infrastructure as code and build farms
• Own CI/CD deployment pipelines through production
• Test multi-region failover and chaos scenarios
• Manage security access, monitoring, and cloud spend
