Summary

This information administrator will administer and improve Arena PLM, Cognidox, and the Accuris standards portal within manufacturing operations. The role owns controlled product information, workflows, access controls, user support, and system improvements across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, with flexibility in how and where the work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Administer Arena PLM and document systems
• Configure workflows permissions and system controls
• Support users and resolve system issues
• Maintain accurate traceable product information
• Investigate backlog problems and implement improvements
• Manage controlled documentation across technical teams
