Summary

This is a client-facing implementation role at Kernel, an enterprise software company building business identity data and AI tools. The role owns customer proofs of concept and implementations from kickoff to go-live, with at least four days per week in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives as technical expert
• Run and deliver high-quality customer proofs of concept
• Lead implementations from kickoff through go-live
• Architect and deploy bespoke AI agents
• Advise a portfolio of multiple clients
• Provide product feedback based on client needs
