This Identity & Access Management Analyst role supports and improves identity services across cloud and on-premise infrastructure. The role covers access lifecycle management, privileged access controls, access reviews, issue investigation and service improvement, with flexible working options available for discussion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate joiner, mover and leaver access activity
• Maintain roles, access packages and entitlement models
• Operate and improve IAM and PAM controls
• Support access reviews, recertification and remediation
• Investigate access issues across cloud and on-premise environments
• Analyse identity data to identify risks and gaps
• Identify automation and service improvement opportunities
