Summary

The ICQA Team Manager leads day-to-day purchasing, communications, and inventory operations at the Hinckley warehouse. This senior, onsite role manages and develops the team while overseeing operational systems, KPIs, quality controls, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control and stock accuracy
• Manage purchasing activity and order information
• Coordinate timely operational communications across teams
• Monitor ICQA KPIs and analyse performance data
• Maintain operational systems and troubleshoot issues
• Coach and develop team members
