Lead ASOS’s Workplace Technology function, covering endpoint technology, IT support and workplace infrastructure. The role combines day-to-day service ownership with building in-house engineering capability and modernising employee technology services at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the workplace technology strategy and roadmap
• Lead teams across endpoint technology and IT support
• Transform IT operations into an engineering-led capability
• Build in-house endpoint experience engineering capability
• Improve employee joiner, mover and leaver processes
• Manage supplier relationships and service outcomes
• Establish service and employee experience metrics
