The Head of Tax leads ARQ’s global tax strategy, compliance, reporting, and governance, with a focus on cross-border operations in the US and Latin America. This director-level role builds and leads the tax team while partnering with Finance, Product, and Engineering on tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define global tax strategy and governance
• Oversee corporate income tax filings and payments
• Design transfer pricing policies and documentation
• Manage indirect tax compliance across jurisdictions
• Prepare tax provisions and financial statement disclosures
• Oversee withholding taxes on customer transactions
