Responsibilities

• Lead and coach recruiters across London and New York
• Hire recruiters, sourcers, or coordinators as needed
• Forecast sales hiring needs with sales leadership
• Build the sales hiring playbook and interview process
• Track hiring pipeline, conversion, and quality metrics
• Personally map, engage, screen, and close senior candidates
• Train interviewers and calibrate candidate scorecards
