Summary

Lead Vercel’s EMEA Solutions Architecture organization, managing a team of Solutions Architects and their managers. The role combines technical pre-sales leadership with hands-on support for strategic customer deals, helping enterprise and commercial customers adopt Vercel’s web and AI platform. It is hybrid, based in the London or Berlin office, with three days onsite each week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop solutions architects across EMEA
• Coach teams on strategic accounts and engagements
• Support key accounts with architecture reviews and migration plans
• Partner with engineering to relay customer product feedback
• Turn field trends into repeatable sales plays
• Track and report solutions architecture performance quarterly
• Own regional planning, staffing, budgeting, and recruiting
