Summary

The Head of Reward will shape AJ Bell’s reward strategy across executive and employee reward, including pay, incentives, benefits and share plans. The role supports the Remuneration Committee and Board and is hybrid, with at least 50% of working time in the office each month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the reward strategy
• Design executive bonuses and long-term incentive plans
• Prepare recommendations and papers for the Remuneration Committee
• Lead annual salary, bonus and benchmarking reviews
• Review employee pay structures, policies and benefits
• Oversee employee share plans and reward disclosures
