Summary

The head of product & engineering operations will design and run a unified operating model across product, engineering, and design. This senior role is based in London with three office days per week and focuses on scaling delivery practices, ai-enabled workflows, and regulatory integration.

Responsibilities

• Establish core builder leadership rituals and reviews
• Run calibration sessions and release go/no-go gates
• Pilot new frameworks before handing them off
• Embed ai tools across product, design, engineering
• Convene leadership teams to improve delivery practices
• Integrate regulatory checks into delivery workflows
