Summary

This director-level role leads the risk and performance analytics team supporting Schroders' multi-asset and solutions portfolios. It oversees investment risk, portfolio analytics, governance and team development, reporting to the Head of Multi Asset Strategy. The role is based in London with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment risk oversight across multi-asset portfolios
• Oversee portfolio reviews and stress testing
• Identify and escalate material investment risks
• Lead, develop and recruit the risk team
• Build scalable risk processes using data
• Support governance committees and board reporting
• Maintain limit monitoring and escalation frameworks
