Summary

This is a hands-on sales leadership role owning Wise's payout and FX sales motion across EMEA. You will sell API integrations, integrated payouts, and batch payments to mid-market partners while managing two sellers, building the go-to-market playbook, and developing a repeatable partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 2 sellers
• Define payout icps and vertical priorities
• Build repeatable sales processes and playbooks
• Prospect and close mid-market partner deals
• Negotiate commercials and partnership terms
• Own pipeline forecasting and revenue reporting
• Build the payouts partner ecosystem
