Summary

The Head of Operations will build and run Outpost's end-to-end operating system for merchant onboarding, payments, treasury, compliance, support, and global market launches. This is a hands-on leadership role based in person in London five days a week, with responsibility for building processes, tooling requirements, reporting, and a small operations team.

Responsibilities

• Own merchant onboarding, kyc/kyb, and activation
• Run daily merchant support, payouts, settlements, and disputes
• Manage treasury movements, reserves, and reconciliation
• Monitor merchant risk, fraud, refunds, and chargebacks
• Build measurable playbooks and operational reporting
• Launch new markets with legal, tax, and payment setup
• Hire and onboard the first operations analysts
