Summary

The Head of Medicinal Chemistry provides scientific leadership for Isomorphic Labs’ London Drug Design portfolio and manages a team of approximately 25 medicinal chemists. The role guides programmes toward clinical candidate nomination and works with AI/ML and drug development teams; it follows a hybrid model with three office days each week.
