Summary

The executive director will lead the global markets tax operations function, overseeing international tax reclaims, relief at source, FTT, German withholding, CRS, and FATCA obligations. The role leads and develops a team while strengthening controls, regulatory readiness, and operational processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and controls for markets tax reporting
• Oversee international tax reclaims and relief-at-source processes
• Direct FTT controls across four European jurisdictions
• Govern German withholding execution and rule changes
• Oversee CRS and FATCA reporting controls and submissions
• Lead automation and responsible AI process improvements
• Manage and develop the tax operations team
