Summary

This director-level role leads the integration management office for Aviva's Direct Line integration programme. It owns portfolio-wide planning, governance, dependency management, assurance and executive reporting across a complex transformation portfolio, with a hybrid working arrangement and travel to the London office up to two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide planning and governance
• Manage dependencies across interdependent programmes
• Provide independent delivery assurance
• Produce executive and board reporting
• Identify programme risks and constraints
• Challenge workstream leads on delivery
