Summary

The head of gtm systems & ai will lead the team responsible for commercial systems infrastructure, ai workflows, vendor management, and ai-native operations. The role is director-level, manages team development and objectives, and is fully remote anywhere in france.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly objectives and team operating routines
• Lead cross-functional change from plan to completion
• Manage commercial stack vendor renewals
• Define the 12-18 month systems and ai roadmap
• Ship ai agents with agreed business outcomes
• Establish documentation, testing, and deployment standards
• Coach senior ics and develop team members
