Summary

This is a director-level head of growth role owning Fanvue's complete acquisition, product-led growth, retention, and monetisation system across creators and fans. The role reports to the COO and co-founder, builds the growth organisation from scratch, owns the growth P&L, and is remote-first.

Responsibilities

• Own paid and organic creator and fan acquisition
• Build and manage the full channel portfolio
• Establish multi-touch attribution and growth measurement
• Optimise activation, conversion, retention, and monetisation funnels
• Design churn-reduction experiments and engagement mechanics
• Build and scale the growth organisation
• Own the growth marketing P&L
