The Head of Financial Control leads financial control, statutory and tax compliance, treasury, and finance operations across Motorway. This director-level role reports to the VP Finance and leads a team through growth and finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and statutory financial reporting
• Set financial controls and delegated authorities
• Manage tax compliance and HMRC relationships
• Lead annual audits and external adviser relationships
• Forecast cash flow and manage working capital
• Oversee payments, receivables, and payroll cycles
• Own NetSuite and automate finance processes
