Summary

This director-level role will build Relay's finance function and operating model from scratch, embedding ai, automation, scalable systems, and real-time financial insight. It covers core finance processes, fp&a, forecasting, reporting, reconciliations, and cross-functional production work with engineering and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Design the finance function from first principles
• Rebuild r2r, p2p, o2c, and fp&a processes
• Deploy ai forecasting and scenario modelling workflows
• Automate reporting, commentary, close, and reconciliations
• Select scalable finance systems and data architecture
• Translate financial logic into production systems
• Redesign operating models around human-ai augmentation
